Before your VIP Day, you’ll complete a short form so we can set clear priorities. We’ll have a quick 30-minute prep call to confirm what’s achievable and make a clear plan for the day.
2. Your VIP Day
Erica works through your list in focused blocks, keeping you updated as we go. You’ll be available on and off throughout the day for quick approvals or feedback.
3. Wrap-Up & Support
You’ll receive a wrap-up summary with notes, next steps, and any relevant files or links. You’ll also get 7 days of follow-up email support for small questions or tweaks.

How much can fit in one day?
It depends on your goals and how prepared your content and materials are. I’ll review everything before confirming your booking so we’re both clear on what’s realistic.
Can I book a day before everything’s ready?
Yes, and we recommend it. With only two VIP Days available each month, booking early secures your spot and gives you a clear deadline to work towards.
Do I need to be available during the day?
No, this is a done-for-you service. Once everything’s provided, you can leave it with us. Erica will be in touch if anything essential comes up.
What if my project needs more than one day?
If there’s more to do than we can cover in a single session, we’ll prioritise what will make the biggest impact first and plan any follow-up support from there.
Is this right for me?
