The Goal

After DIY-ing her first website, Nicole needed a redesigned site that could confidently carry two important parts of her business: client bookings and course delivery through her CRM. She wanted a site that felt professional, reflected her brand clearly and helped clients understand her services without confusion.

The aim was clarity, confidence and a structure that supported both sides of her work.

The Approach

We mapped the structure early, knowing the CRM integrations would need room to breathe later. This meant building a layout that felt intuitive for users and functional behind the scenes.

Once the bones were in place, I moved into design. Nicole’s branding gave me a strong foundation to work with. I used her colours and photography to build a calm, cohesive look, and created a set of custom icons to explain her services visually and simply.

Key Features

1. CRM Integration for Bookings and Courses
The site supports both client bookings and course access through Nicole’s CRM, making it practical for her and straightforward for her clients.

2. Custom Icons for Service Clarity
We created simple illustrated icons to explain key services without overloading visitors with text.

3. Clean, Easy-to-Navigate Design
The design focuses on accessibility and ease. Clear layout, thoughtful spacing and friendly visuals help clients find what they need quickly and confidently.

The Result

The new Encourage OT website feels aligned, easy to use and genuinely supportive of the way Nicole works. It handles her bookings, course tools and client information smoothly, while giving her a brand presence she can feel proud of.

It’s professional, practical and built to make her day to day workflow easier.
