You receive a summary of what was completed, what changed and any recommended next steps.

Is a VIP Day right for me?
A VIP Day is best suited to focused projects, improvements and implementation work.
If you’re looking for a full custom website, complete rebrand or large-scale marketing strategy, we’ll chat about whether a larger project would be a better fit.
When would a VIP day not be right for me?
A VIP Day isn’t suitable if:
- You need a completely new custom website

- You need ongoing monthly support
- Your project requires multiple rounds of stakeholder approval
Can I book a day before everything’s ready?
Yes, and we recommend it.
With only two VIP Days available each month, booking early secures your spot and gives you a clear deadline to work towards.
Do I need to be available during the day?
No, this is a done-for-you service. Once everything’s provided, you can leave it with us. Erica will be in touch if anything essential comes up.
