Website & Online Presence
Practical support for the online side of your business
A better website starts with the bigger picture
If your website is outdated, confusing, hard to update or no longer feels like the business you’re running now, it might be time for a new one.
But a better website is not just a prettier version of the old one. It needs clear messaging, thoughtful structure, practical SEO foundations and a customer journey that helps people understand what to do next.
That’s why every website project starts with understanding the business behind it.
Before we talk about layouts, colours or how many pages you need, I want to understand what the website needs to do for your business, your customers, and the next stage you’re building towards.
Two website pathways
The right website project depends on what needs sorting first.
Some businesses need a deeper custom project because the website is part of a bigger rethink.
Others have clear offers, clear direction and a straightforward website need, so a focused Website in a Week is the better fit.
Both pathways are strategic. The difference is the depth, scope and complexity of the project.
Custom Website Project
Projects start from $7400+GST
For businesses that need a more strategic website project, whether you’re launching something new, repositioning, or rebuilding an online presence that no longer fits.
This pathway includes deeper thinking around messaging, structure, customer journey, SEO foundations and a custom WordPress website built around where the business is heading.
Best for projects with more complexity, such as new business launches, brand and website foundations, multiple services, larger sites, repositioning, or a website that needs to support a bigger shift in the business.
If you’re starting from scratch and don’t have branding in place yet, we’ll look at that first so the website has the right foundation to build from.
Website in a Week
Projects start from $4200+GST
This is a focused website pathway using a proven structure, customised to your brand and business, so you can launch without months of back and forth.
Best for businesses that already know what they offer, who they help and what they need the website to achieve, but want experienced support to bring it together properly.

The Process
We don’t start with design. We start with understanding your business, because the strongest websites are built around clear goals, clear messaging and a clear understanding of the people they’re designed to serve.
01 | Clarity Call.
We talk through what’s happening, what you’re trying to achieve and whether a website project is the right next step.
02 | Website direction
We clarify what the site needs to do, what needs to be said and which pathway makes the most sense.
03 | Structure and content.
We map the pages, flow and key calls to action so the website has a clear job before we start making it look good.
04 | Design and build
I bring the website together, with the structure, styling and practical pieces working together.
05 | Refine and launch
We check the details, connect the right pieces and launch properly, with clear handover support so you know what happens next.
Recent Transformations
Every project starts in a different place, but they all have one thing in common, a business ready to be seen at the level it operates.

Questions?
Let’s answer some of the most common.
We know investing in your brand and website is a big decision. Here are some of the most common questions we get about our custom packages and how we make the process clear, structured and surprisingly calm.
How do I know whether I need a Custom Website Project or Website in a Week?
That’s exactly what we’ll work out on the Clarity Call.
Website in a Week is best when your offers, direction and website needs are clear, and the project can follow a focused structure.
A Custom Website Project is better when there’s more complexity, such as multiple services, bigger content needs, repositioning, a more detailed customer journey, or deeper thinking required before the website can come together properly.
How long does a website project take?
Website in a Week is designed as a focused build with the main work happening within one week, once the preparation is complete.
Custom Website Projects usually take longer because there is more strategy, structure, content and design depth involved. The exact timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project, and we’ll map that out before we start.
What platforms do you use to build websites?
I use WordPress because it’s flexible, scalable and practical for small businesses that want a website they can continue to use and grow with, not something that needs a developer every time a sentence changes.
Is copywriting included?
Website projects include messaging and page flow guidance.
The level of copy support depends on the project pathway and scope. Some clients need full copywriting support, while others already have strong copy that needs refining, restructuring or shaping into the right website flow.
We’ll work out what’s needed before the project starts.
Will my website meet accessibility standards?
Accessibility is considered as part of the website planning, design and build process.
I use WCAG principles to guide practical decisions around structure, readability, contrast, headings, links, forms, mobile usability and content flow where they apply to the project scope.
This is different from a formal accessibility audit or certification, which can be arranged separately if needed. The goal is to build your website with accessibility in mind from the beginning, rather than treating it as an afterthought.
Can you help if I already have a website?
Yes.
A lot of clients come to me with an existing website that technically works, but no longer reflects the business properly. Depending on what’s going on, we might refresh the structure, rewrite key pages, rebuild the site, or start with a deeper strategy session before touching anything.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes.
Your website will be designed to work across desktop, tablet and mobile, with responsive layouts considered throughout the build.
Do you include SEO?
All Website projects include SEO foundations.
That usually means practical things like page structure, headings, metadata guidance, image optimisation, internal linking and making sure the site is built in a way that gives Google something sensible to work with.
It’s not ongoing SEO management, but it gives the website a much stronger starting point.
What happens after launch?
You’ll receive launch support and handover guidance so you know how to manage the website after it goes live.
Hosting and maintenance can also be arranged if you’d like your updates, backups, security and support handled for you.
